Under Lindsay’s leadership, Grand Living Realty has grown into the premier real estate company in Flagler County, with over 50 Real Estate Agents. He is now leading the continued expansion in residential, commercial, development and investment real estate.
Lindsay’s real estate career started in south Florida more than 27 years ago. He has held senior leadership roles in several national companies and has hired, mentored and trained thousands of Realtors. He moved to Palm Coast in 2005 to lead Watson Realty Corp.’s growth in Flagler County. In 2016 he joined Grand Living Realty to develop the Grand Haven community, a 1400-acre 2000 home development situated around a Jack Nicklaus golf course and to develop a market leading real estate company. He has also completed several other developments that went from raw land to entitled properties that were since sold to builders. His background in investment properties commercial, residential development and sales leads this team of motivated partners.
